A Little Obsession: Gilt, Hautelook, and BCBG.

Yep, another admission on ...this & that... ! 

I have a teeny, tiny, little obsession.  Eeeek!!!  Well, maybe not quite, but I am pretty close.  Some, would call it an "official" obsession.

I am obsessed, addicted to the Gilt and Hautelook on my iphone and anything and everything BCBG!

Wow, that was stressful!  But, I got it out there.  Step 1, admission.  Step 2...  Baby steps here.

First things first, let me get a few things straight.  Let me just be honest here.  I'm admitting an obsession here so, I might as well get everything out.  I'm chucking right now.   

1)  I dislike shopping in the store.
2)  I dislike trying on clothes and shoes.  (Yes, I truly do...anyone else with me?)
3)  I dislike paying full price (unless, it is a "to-die-for" outfit or uber sexy pair of shoes.)
4)  I would rather order 2 different sizes of the same thing than guess on which size will fit best.

Don't get me wrong I do like shopping - I just do not like spending a ton of time doing it or being uncomfortable in the store.  I'd rather try everything on at home.  Period.  Shoes, are a little difficult though at times.  But, not necessarily.

Unfortunately, if you are in a time crunch and looking for that perfect outfit or shoes you have to hit the stores. 

Over the summer, I've managed to nail down my exact sizes for specific brands and designers.  Imagine that!  Pretty amazing, right?  I'm quite confident I am not the only one that feels this way.

Oh, and let's not forget that I absolutely love finding spectacular buys that are on sale or clearance.  Love it!

Anywho, my obsession is my Gilt and Hautelook apps.  BCBG has become an obsession as a result of my "frequent" use of the apps!  Seriously, it has.  Although, the BCBG obsession existed a bit prior to my use of the apps.  I think I need to blame it on my new iphone, I didn't use the apps prior on my Droid.  Too funny, right?!

This is how it works:  you download the app and of course you subscribe to the emails and then you click the link (from the emails).  At least this is how I do it.

Let me just say that the pricing is pretty amazing as well!  Serious discounts and sales too.  Candidly, I don't think I've paid full price for anything I have purchased.

There it is.  I feel so much better that I admitted it here...  Your love and support is greatly appreciated!  You do realize that I didn't disclose "why" I still receive all the emails...
