Tuesday Tidbits.

I've been feeling a little off...
I started a new regime today!  Shakeology.  And it was delicious.  I'm using it as a meal replacement, breakfast.  I knew I needed to change things up, so I am!  I've decided to make a conscious effort to workout and eat healthy for the next 30-days.  It's a test.  I'm truly inspired by my girlfriend, Kirsten, right now.  She is rocking her busy schedule all while eating clean, working out and her Shakeology!  She IS my inspiration.  I was hesitant to do cardio this evening.  And I forced myself to do it, seriously I did.  Cardio for 20 minutes, check.
I cheated today.  This afternoon, I ate a delicious chocolate chip muffin.  This evening, I ate left over pizza and soda.  And this was the last of the pizza and soda in my house.  Now, it is all gone.  I did however, he a really good lunch:  Chinese Chicken Salad from California Pizza Kitchen.  Next time, the dressing will be on the side.  Trying to change your diet all at once, cold turkey is very hard!  And I only had 1 cup of coffee today!
Maybe, I've been off for the last 2-weeks due to the issue of not being able to see correctly...?  You see I've been dealing with several different pairs of contacts and prescriptions.  Ummm, I don't think the doctor has it right just yet.  I'm definitely going back tomorrow.  Definitely!
These headaches are brutal.

Anywho, I've got some fun things to share!
I'm not a parent but, I'm definitely going to share this fabulous travel post I read at A Cup of Jo's with my mommy friends.  Motherhood Mondays: Traveling with Baby

I might have shared this one time already but I absolutely love this dress!

I think I'm going to need to purchase this Lisa Leonard necklace...
