1. Fridays are supposed to fun day and night. I look forward to most on Friday's is the beginning of the weekend and that means date night. A low-key dinner is a must-have and combine it with a little wine and a compromise on a good movie.
2. Babies, little kids, weddings, spontaneous laughter (the laugh-out-loud kind), the beach, making someone smile, helping someone else learn something new, and sipping my Iced Venti Green Tea from Starbucks make me terribly happy.
3. Somethingone that inspires me is someone who has made something from nothing. Someone who has surpassed a great many odds to become what they are today. Someone who has experienced a great loss and has managed to empower themself to be a better person. And teachers that go above and beyond; there are a few out their have made a profound impact on my life and I think of you and thank you everyday for the person you have helped me become.
4. If I had the day off today I would head to the gym and work in my studio, aka the kitchen counter, on the ducky baby shower invitations that I need to complete for a client.
5. If I had to put a label on my home decor style, I would say my style is contemporary yet chic. A fabulous mixture of dark brown wood and coordinating colors of purple, red, and cream with "pops" of orange. My style screams IKEA. Really it does.
6. Concerning politics I would say I'm hmmm, do I or don't I comment... I don't really like to discuss politics. You see I have my own individual views and it typically doesn't end up a "positive" conversation in the end. I believe we are all entitled to our own views and we need to respect what the other believes. However, I will say even if you didn't vote for the current President you still should support him. All-in-all, I have to say I'm a mixture of both Democrat and Republic. And I'm definitely not a Liberal. I have mixed views so I can't say I'm set in my ways one way or another.
7. I'd like to go to Paris so I could have a croissant and cappuccino at the Eiffel tower. And then tons and tons of shopping. Oh yes! Wouldn't that make for a fabulous Friday? Yes, it most certainly would.

Happy Friday, sweetie! Have a wonderful weekend. I love Fridays :) xoxo
ReplyDeleteHaha, I don't like discussing politics...not unless I can trust the other person to see my points of view just like I'll be open to theirs.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty open about those things. In the end, politics don't matter much.
Aww, your blog is adorable. I'm following. Question #3, that sounds like an answer I would have given.
